Q: Do you deliver anywhere in the UK? A:
Yes. We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland. Please see Delivery Charges for Outlying
Islands and Eire. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q:
Is it difficult shaping and maintaining a topiary frame with plant? A: It is
very easy using a frame, as you simply clip a little away from the frame to shape
and keep the shape of your plant. The plants are extremely hardy although any
plant that is moveable, should be covered or brought inside when frost is due. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q:
Do you provide a Hire service? A: Although we haven't displayed a hire service
on our website, we will be introducing this service later on. We would be happy
to speak with you should you require the hire of topiary plants and / or baytrees
for for a special day, a venue, show or event. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: How much will it cost to have the plants delivered, installed and collected? A:
Please use the 'Delivery P&P' button found on each sales page. Topiary frames
and smaller plants are usually sent via Royal Mail but these do not allow tracking
unless you request 'Special Delivery'. All larger plants and Special Delivery
can be tracked online through our 'Delivery'

Does New Leaf Topiary sell or hire Artificial Plants? A: No. We simply believe
that artificial plants are a poor substitute for the real thing, no matter how
convincing they may be! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q:
What days and hours do you operate regarding the Delivery and Collection of plants? A:
We operate around the clock, 7 days a week but our courier services, Royal Mail,
Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'& Business Post operate Mondays to Saturdays
and may deliver from between 7.30am to 6.00pm. Regarding a hire service, we
will be happy to arrange the times and dates around you as we understand many
weddings and events are held over weekends . You may incur an out of hours surcharge
should you wish to arrange delivery and or collection outside of normal working
hours. We only ask that you allow us up to a couple of hours either way dependent
on the distance you are away from us, to cover any unforseen eventualities. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q:
I would like to order your plants for my Wedding day but wish to have them delivered
and installed the day before. Will I be charged an additional days' hire for this?
A: Not always, no. We are relatively relaxed and understand the importance
of a special day such as this. Only in the event that a full 24 hours was required,
would a charge be applied. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q:
How do I make payment for Hire? A: Once you have selected your plants, please
email us and we will reply at the earliest possible opportunity with a complete
breakdown of hire and delivery, installation and pick-up charges as this is based
on distance from us being that we are completing 4 journeys (2 return trips).
We would then require a deposit with the balance due on collection of our
plants. The usual deposit is based on 50% of the entire hire , delivery, installation
and recovery charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q:
Regarding sales or hire, can I collect or collect, install and return the plants
myself? A: You may, but please be aware that large plants are difficult to
safely transport and handle. For hire, you become liable for any damage caused.
